文化財盗、男に懲役7年。「取り返しつかない損害」奈良地裁支部
国の重要文化財や古美術品を狙い、盗みを繰り返したとして、窃盗罪に問われた大阪市の被告に対し、奈良地裁五条支部の小林秀和裁判官は20日、懲役7年（求刑懲役10年）の判決を言い渡した。
同裁判官は「被害は約130点、被害総額は8000万円以上に上る」と指摘。「被害品の大多数が返還不能となり、国民共通の文化財の散逸という取り返しのつかない損害を与えた」と批判した。同被告は、京都市の大徳寺龍源院から昨年4月、豊臣秀吉と徳川家康が対局したと伝えられる碁盤などを、同年9月には奈良県吉野町の吉水神社から国の重要文化財である刀のつば「卒塔婆透（すか）し鉄鍔（つば）」などを盗んだとして逮捕された。
