だまされやすい人を特記、各社で回覧、フォーム詐欺
住宅リフォーム会社グループ「サムニングループ」が、不必要な工事契約で総額１００億円超をだまし取ったとされるリフォーム詐欺事件で、同グループでは、営業担当社員が顧客にウソを言って契約した際、工事担当者らと口裏合わせをするための報告書を作成し、グループ各社で回覧していたことが３０日、警視庁生活経済課の調べでわかった。
ウソにだまされやすい顧客の報告書には、“特記”を付けて、ほかの社員の再訪問を促していた。この報告書は、「家屋市場調査書」と呼ばれる書類。
同課の調べによると、グループ企業「サムニンイースト」（現社名・リブロ）の社員が顧客に、「柱が腐っている」などとウソを言っていた場合、社員は同調査書に「実際は腐っていないが、『腐っている』と言って契約した」などと“正直に”記載する。これを閲覧した工事担当者は、顧客宅に出掛けた際に、ウソに基づいて、工事をしたふりだけで済ませることもあったという。
また、営業社員が顧客のことを、「無料点検をかたって家に上がり込んで契約に持ち込む『点検商法』にだまされやすい人」と判断した場合は、同調査書に「点検に弱い」などと記載していたという。
同課はすでに、グループの関係先から同調査書を押収しており、グループが連携してリフォーム詐欺を行っていたことを裏付ける有力な証拠とみている。
