サムニングループ リフォーム詐欺 契約指導は事前共謀 模擬営業訓練
サムニングループによるリフォーム詐欺事件で、警視庁は二十三日、詐欺の疑いで、グループ親会社「エム・エイチ・エス」の元常務取締役などを逮捕した。
容疑者らは被害者への勧誘は行っていないが、客役と営業役に分かれて模擬営業をする訓練「ロールプレイング」でだましのテクニックを指導。同容疑者らは「それで客が取れるのか」とあおり、見本の手口を示しており、詐欺の事前共謀にあたると認定した。
同社にはグループの売り上げの大半が流れており、違法営業を主導していたとみて、他の上層部の関与も調べる。
１４１億円荒稼ぎ
「本来４００万かかるが、見習いなら１００万でできる」
今年、被害が相次いだ悪質リフォーム。なかでも、サムニングループは高齢者らに葉巧みに法外な料金を請求し、約百四十一億円も売り上げていた。
容疑者らが営業マン向けに開いた「勉強会」。その際のロールプレイングでは「金具をつけないと家がもたない」「本来四百万かかるが、見習いの工事なら百万でできる」とうその営業トークを社員に伝授。「おまえの話は芝居っぽい。もっと不安をあおれ。中身を膨らませろ」と、指導していた。
だましの手口をたたき込む一方で、営業成績の良い社員には高級外車などを与え、悪い社員には鉄拳制裁といった「アメとムチ」による、社員間の競争も徹底させた。
成績は幹部に率いられたチーム（約十人）ごとに、大相撲をまねた年四回の「場所制」で競わせ、成績に応じ、横綱や大関といった番付が社内に張り出された。
昨年の夏場所のトップチームには家族連れのハワイ旅行、二位はサイパン旅行が与えられた。
場所中、休みはなく、全体で二億−五億円を売り上げる。場所前後には、キャバクラでの激励・慰労会もあった。横綱の賞金は百万円、副賞はベンツ。大関も賞金五十万円が与えられた。
「年末に“男の祭り”という舞台があり、成績優秀者をほめたたえる。営業マンはスポットライトを浴びたかった。成績が求められるのは役員も同じで、社長から『おれのために命を捨てられるか』と詰め寄られ、『捨てます』とやっていた。組織全体が追い詰められていた」（元社員）
激烈な営業レースは、成績の悪い社員への暴力を日常化させ、殴るけるの制裁が加えられた。営業方針についていけず退職した人には自宅まで押しかける嫌がらせや、違法営業を口外しないよう、一筆をとられる口止め工作が行われた。
