強盗犯、罰金支払いに困り、ネットで「闇の職安」に求職
山梨県南アルプス市のパチンコ店で７月、店員の男性をバールで殴り、現金約１８万円を奪って逃走したとして、強盗傷害罪で起訴された神奈川県の男が、罰金１０万円の支払いに困り、インターネットのサイト「闇の職業安定所」に書き込み、強盗を請け負っていたことが２２日、甲府地裁で開かれた初公判で明らかになった。
冒頭陳述によると、被告は盗難被害品を質屋に入れたとして今年４月、横浜地裁小田原支部から盗品等処分あっせん罪で懲役１年執行猶予３年（保護観察付き、罰金１０万円）の有罪判決を受け釈放された。しかし、仕事が長続きしない上、わずかな収入もパチンコで使い果たし罰金を支払えず、横浜地検小田原支部から支払いの催促を受けた。
刑務所に入りたくない一心で、インターネットのサイト「闇の職業安定所」に「何でもやります」と書き込んだところ、電話で連絡があり強盗に及んだ。
論告で検察側は「動機に酌量の余地はない」として懲役６年を求刑した。判決は１１月１７日に言い渡される。
